Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Family therapy is often short term. It may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate. Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation. Family therapy sessions can teach you skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times, even after you're done going to therapy sessions.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild your relationship.
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
Prolonged Exposure (PE) is a specific type of cognitive behavioral therapy that teaches individuals to gradually approach trauma-related memories, feelings, and situations. Individuals work with their therapist in a safe, graduated fashion to face stimuli and situations that evoke fear and remind them of the trauma to increase their comfort and reduce their fear.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps individuals process distressing memories, emotions, and beliefs associated with traumatic experiences. Individuals work with a trained therapist to briefly focus on aspects of a traumatic memory while engaging in guided bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movements or tapping, to reduce distress and support healthier ways of understanding the experience.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) has emerged as a promising treatment for various mental health conditions, offering new hope to individuals who have not found relief through conventional therapies. This innovative approach combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic, with psychotherapy to address a range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
Unlike traditional antidepressants, which may take weeks to months to produce noticeable effects, ketamine often induces rapid and robust improvements in mood and cognition. The psychotherapeutic component helps patients integrate and make sense of their ketamine experiences, facilitating long-term healing and personal growth.
Psychedelic Integration Psychotherapy
Psychedelic integration therapy is offered after someone has had a powerful experience with psychedelics.
Psychedelic integration therapy sessions offer a chance to remember and honor the experiences, so that they are not forgotten, and for you to do the inner work so that they don’t become just another memory. The insights you had need to be recalled and worked with so that they can be integrated into your experience and the transformations that are calling to you, and which are often glimpsed through a psychedelic journey, can then become a lived part of your new reality.
Spravato® (Esketamine) -- RETURNING TO RTG SOON
Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved prescription nasal spray used for certain adults with depression, including treatment-resistant depression. Unlike traditional antidepressants, Spravato works primarily through the brain’s glutamate system and may offer relief for individuals who have not experienced adequate improvement with other treatments.
Spravato is administered in a certified healthcare setting under medical supervision. Patients remain in the office for monitoring for at least two hours after each treatment. Treatment typically begins with more frequent sessions and gradually decreases in frequency based on individual response and clinical recommendations.
